"Does it support background collision detection?"

Depends on what you mean? The usual char screen based detection method works as it does in SEUCK.
It would be easy to add HW VIC background collision detection to the multiplexor.

i find it a bit hard to adjust to left-to-right scrolling.... besides that, its surprisingly playable for a SEUCK game.
