The logo effect is FLI, so that means the first third of each of the 1k areas between $4000 and $6000 are used for colour attributes, and the first third of $6000 to $8000 is used for the logo. The code and scrolltext only just fit in the remainder of the $6000 to $8000 area, so all the font tables, music note tables etc need to get scattered through the unused fragments of the first half of the bank.

Scroller font was rendered offline (it's just Menlo with a bevel effect), but I only include glyphs referenced by the scrolltext, and generate the charset with a vector quantiser.

The only sprites are black rectangles used to cover the FLI bug area.
