Summary

Reads a black/white (1bit/pixel) 320x200 pixel bmp and converts it to a PETSCII binary.
Coloured 4bit/pixel 320x200 bmp files as input are planned, but this is not implemented yet.

This converter just compares 8x8 blocks of the original BMP file with the original character rom of a C64.
For the output petscii it then chooses the character with the most identical bits.
Neither checking aside each 8x8 blocks nor any intelligent shape-checking of the 8x8 block is done.
It absolutely might be a good idea to shift the original bmp image 1-7 pixel in any direction to get better results.
