Everyone at the party had a great time when this one hit the screen. Everyone joined the sing-a-long mode.

Rudi: correct! :)

Now some additional information. Hope this will be of interest to some at least.

All fractals here are from the same IF algorithm but with varied inputs. I discovered the particular formula used here back in 1995 when trying to draw another fractal. I guess it is well-known by mathematicians, though. The original program was lost, but I rediscovered the formula recently. It is not a polynominal, but something faster and more chaotic. :) I have also now found out how to draw it twice as fast as here, more or less.

This was my first attempt att 6502 programming, and I didn't have time to add more effects before deadline. Hope some of you enjoyed anyway! Also, I'm sorry to say the music is only fully audible on SID 8580. It is of course by R. Strauss originally, but arranged for the SID by me...

The first 62 fractals here are pre-selected by seed. After that, you get the average output of the algorithm. With an emulator like VICE, you can reseed by using a monitor to poke at first page addresses $02, $03, $04, $05 while the program is running.
