Another full commercial saved from oblivion. Missing from all the databases, it's now available for the masses.

This version features:

BUGFIXES
- no controls when resuming a saved
tournament (> 1 match)
- hang when resuming a saved tournament
with wrong datadisk/missing student
- error when expelling a top10-student
- renaming student doesn't change top10
- wrong length of name/roster possible
- different input-checks for roster-name
- error on printing with no printer
- several typos
