Upon reviewing the source, i just found out that i actually implemented: you can skip the titles intro at any time by pressing space, and you can not only jump and hold to make your jump longer, but you can also speed up the descent by pushing the joystick down. Maybe i should have said that somewhere. Sheesh. #nodocs | User Comment Submitted by Karmic on 7 September 2017
I probably would've preferred just a looped version of the original tune, as I think it would give the game a better sense of "progress", with how it builds up. | User Comment Submitted by Yogibear on 4 September 2017
Nice game and great new version of To Die For tune by Lft!!! | User Comment Submitted by ws on 4 September 2017
I was in quite of a moment of doubt there, regarding the sizes of the graphics, but as the cactii were converted 1:1, the dinosaur actually had to be upscaled 2:1 so, what you see is not actually a c64 flaw, but "intended" blockieness - same is for the Pterodactyl. The original graphics are included in the GitHub package, check it out. | User Comment Submitted by zzarko on 4 September 2017
Nice port!
Maybe, just to show off C64 graphic capabilities to those pesky web users, someone who knows how to draw can make hires C=Rex sprite? :) | User Comment Submitted by encore on 2 September 2017
Eh, actually not a one-button game, you can jump and duck, so it reminded me of B.C.'s Quest for Tires in that regard. | User Comment Submitted by encore on 2 September 2017
I like this! LFT-music and an addictive one-button game. |
