- Relaxed start of memory detection when ZP pointers are checked after decrunch,
  it would not be performed if JMP address was detected as lower than $0800.

Scanners revised:
- Marauder Cruncher, Coder: forced entry point in case of deleted sysline.
- Plush Packer : it's the Fast version, added "/ fast" in output
- Fast Pack'Em v2.1/Hotware: was Time Cruncher v3.x/Dytec, found by Fred/HVSC.
- Lightmizer: relaxed ID to detect REM hacks (reported by Comos)
- Visiomizer 6.2/6.3: Better handling of entry point and unpacker address.
