The wall you are talking about is 8th bit of raster position ($d012) which is held at 7th bit of $d011. After $f4, you can continue to $109. Since there are 312 ($138) lines at PAL, $109, $11e, $133 are safe. Basicly;
lda $d011
and #$7f
sta $d011
lda #$09
sta $d012
and
lda $d011
ora #$80
sta $d011
lda #$09
sta $d012
are 256 raster positions apart, not the same raster line. First one is $09, second one is $109. Setting $d011 to correct value, you can have more than 104 sprites. |
