i guess everyone understood now that you dont get the difference between "crack that doesnt work" and "a few broken letters in a scroller noone would have noticed".

That "common practice" wasn't applicable for me in the case of one of the Tink games. A few byte change, and that needed a new release. And it was really key to make the one releasing a bugged version suffer for the sloppy quality assurance.
So "common practice" practice seemingly differ, depending on who you are.
And I indeed believe that some pigs are more equal than others. (Referencing George Orwel's "Animal Farm", and not calling anyone a pig here) | User Comment Submitted by Danzig on 28 February 2018 User Comment Submitted by chatGPZ on 27 February 2018
Bacchus: it has been common practise since forever that fixing minor fuckups like this (broken scrolltext) are tolerated (also in crack entries). please make sure to complain if you think some people are more equal than others in this regard. | User Comment Submitted by bodo^rab on 27 February 2018 User Comment Submitted by Bacchus on 27 February 2018
Kewl. It's also interesting to note that some are allowed to replace bugged versions. Isn't the purpose of CSDB to stora ALL releases? | User Comment Submitted by Dr.Science on 27 February 2018
