OK, evidently my brain is losing it's bits and bytes as I had found the original demo on here in 2012 and commented about the 1 part release. Anyways, it wasn't on here so here it is.

Well, I figured out who Joe is and that he's part of Modern Arts. I also found the original release from 1990. It's called GraphixManiaII and it's here.

Could not locate on CSDb the scener mentioned in the second intro that did the kitty animation. To make it worse, I could not find anyone just named Joe. Since I have no way to get more info about this guy, I'll just have to leave it here.
