    - chd: default load address when '-b' is now 0x0000
    - cld: allow multiple '-r' range specifications
    - cld: allow multiple '-o' output specifications
    - cld: allow destination addresses for '-r' ranges
    - cld: allow save ranges and overriding of load addresses for '-o'
    - cld: '-X' now implies '-x'
    - cgen: improved the range of generated $00/$01 combinations
    - cgen: added self checksum of the checker binary.
    - cgen: added tag in the generate binary to allow checking files without
      actually running them.
    - cgen: '-c' switch will verify a file generated with cgen.
    - cgen: '-r' specifies range to generate instead of the previous '-s'/'-e'.
    - [BUGFIX] cgen: no longer accepts input file arguments
