The tool itself is just broken at birth, sloppy basic coding. The image is not corrupted, removed the corrupted flag and marked the whole release as broken.

...and deleted again, I repeat, NO VICE SNAPSHOTS. Also, if you made a fix, upload a proper prg/d64 on a new entry.

Nah, don't add vice snapshots, they are incompatible between every version.
