Summary
Submitted by Merlin on 17 September 2018
Since the work on the final game is still not completely done, we release this extended and advanced demo/preview, containing the outtaken stages to show that it goes on.
The final version will contain more new gfx and enemies (but still keeping the old ones), different end-bosses for each world and of course many more (& new) levels.

New in this version:
- 5 new stages + partly improved leveldesign of the old ones ( = 13 stages + 2 secret ones in all)
- new Giana-sprite in higher resolution
- runs bug-free on PAL & NTSC-systems, because of advanced and faster code
- diamonds that pop out of blocks move smooth now and also appear in the upper screen area (used sprites instead of chars)
- smoother animations, especially nail-planks
- pause-menu including suicide and save-game-option
- enter name in high score possible by joystick (& keyboaord) with a char-scroll-effect + additional characters to enter (!?-+,etc.)
- display stage-name at "Get Ready"-Screen in more colorful letters (colored rasterbars)
- additional perfect bonus for completing a stage without losing a life
- rocks also dissolve crumbling platforms when falling upon them
- new shot routine: shot doesn't get destroed at ceiling, better bouncing behavior, shot explodes in different colors, depending on reason why
- new code for shooting enemies & better looking dragon's shot
- no more flashing of wrong gfx or sprites when screen switches
+ more

So meanwhile almost every routine from the original Giana Sisters has been replaced by my own ones or is completely new for the new features. (Not for sound & music of course, because it is great.)
