The title screen in the screenshot says it all.

This tool decrypts and dumps the C128's famous anti-war ROM easteregg into $1300 of the alt-ramblock (accessible through "bank1" config) where you can view/edit the easteregg bytes in RAM using the C128's ML monitor (via M 11300).
