Changes in 2.5

- Based on the 1.36.34 version of the SIDPLAY emulation engine source and reSID 0.8.
- Added SIDStation support (see http://www.sidstation.com). If you have a SIDStation connected via a MIDI interface, you can use it as a sound output device (requires OMS).
- Added oversampling in reSID mode to avoid aliasing (improves audio quality, especially with high pitch sounds). Be careful, as this requires a pretty fast CPU. Oversampling is only active if 16bit audio output is selected.
- Added "Open File from URL..." option. This can be used to load a tune directly from the Internet.
- Made dialogs and alerts more Appearance-savvy.
- Added possibility to drag SID tune files directly onto the Controls window to play them.
- Added filesize to info display in Controls window.
- Added experimental filter adjustment for reSID mode (click and drag inside the filter adjustment curve to change the strength of the filter)
- Fixed wrong pitch in reSID mode (both emulation engines should now have exactly the same pitch as expected).
- Fixed sample volume in reSID mode.
- Removed old code that sets the output volume of the sound device to maximum (this was experimental and never should have been in a release version).
- Fixed broken fade out in AIFF export.
- Fixed broken export of stereo AIFF files in reSID mode.
- Fixed timeout for error alerts to be independent from the actual CPU speed.
- Fixed endless error loop if whole playlist is invalid and automatic tune switching is active.
