Changes in 2.0

- Based on the 1.36.31 version of the SIDPLAY emulation engine source and reSID 0.6.
- Now includes the reSID emulation engine by Dag Lem. Please read the reSID chapter in the quick docs file to find out what reSID is and why you should or should not use it.
- Emulation engine (normal SIDPLAY or reSID) can be switched on the fly.
- Fixed random number generator.
- Adapted some MOS-6581 read-out combined waveforms from reSID.
- If automatic tune changing is enabled, error alerts automatically close after a few seconds and a new tune is played.
- Subtle dark green background color for oscilloscope and spectrum windows.
- This version of SIDPLAY is not 2.0 because it contains lots of new features, but because it contains two emulation engines, and because the version numbering scheme is no longer linked to the SIDPLAY emulation engine version numbering.
- This version will not expire, because I expect to have a busy year, and will probably not be able to update SIDPLAY for quite some time !
