Changed D64 against one created by ned128 which has the tool as executables and the sample as separate program next to the original release file.

Additional notes by ned:
- This assembler does not play nice with many utility cartridges (it does work with KCS powercartridge supposedly, did not test), and also does not play nice with most modified kernals.
- After running the sample program, it looks like the system encountered a brk instruction.. or someone pressed stop+restore. this is intentional, type sys16384 to start the assembled result.
- After sys16384 to start the example program, press a key other than space.

I've used this for years in the late 1980s and early 1990s. Sadly I lost the disk with my copy and the now missing version 3.0 (which for what I remember was mostly a relocated version).

Its a weird but once you get used to it rather useful development tool, at least, it was in the late 1980s when doing self hosted development on a c64.

It is an assembler which uses a slightly extended BASIC V2 as its macro and meta language, and can be used to for example script the generation of speedcode. Few tools I'm aware of from that time could do that easily.

I've enjoyed using this tool a lot, it essentially introduced me to the idea of fully scriptable code generation.

I'm not sure this ever got an official public release, I got my copy from Dave directly while meeting up with part of AWC. I'm fairly sure it existed in this form by 1987.
