Text from Mentos Assembler V2.2

Description:Intro scroll with some docs
Text:FINALLY. YOU MUST HAVE BEEN WAITING MILLIONS OF YEARS FOR THIS PRODUCT OF MINE... YEAH SURE, THIS IS THE ONE AND ONLY MENTOS ASSEMBLER... I PERSONALLY THINK THIS IS THE MOST HANDY ASSEMBLER I HAVE EVER SEEN EVEN THOUGH IT IS NOT USEFUL FOR MAKING EASY READABLE CODE. IT IS BEST FOR PROGRAMMING IN MODULES. THIS IS VERSION TWO AND VERSION THREE IS ALSO AVAILABLE. VERSION THREE IS EXACTLY THE SAME AS VERSION TWO BUT IT PUTS ITS LABELS UNDER THE ROM KERNEL WHILST VERSION TWO PUTS ITS LABELS BENEATH BASIC ROM... VERSION THREE IS HOWEVER NOT USABLE WITH THE FINAL CARTRIDGE... SO ONLY PROGRAMMERS USING THE POWER CARTRIDGE SHOULD USE IT. THE FINAL CARTRIDGE CRASHES THE SYSTEM BECAUSE IT JUST CANNOT HANDLE THE KERNEL ACTIVITIES PROPERLY. IN MY OPINION THE POWER CARTRIDGE IS BETTER DESIGNED BUT THE FINAL CARTRIDGE OFFERS MORE ITEMS AND IS MORE USER FRIENDLY... DO NOT FORGET THAT THIS PRODUCT WAS MADE BY DAVE MENTOS... IT WAS MADE WITH AN OLD ASSEMBLER WHICH I MADE WITH S MON IN EIGHTYFIVE. THIS SURE GAVE ME ALMOST HEARTATTACKS... BUT NOW YOU CAN ALSO PROGRAM EASILY WITH THIS ASSEMBLER. THIS ASSEMBLER IS ACTUALLY AN EXPANSION OF BASIC. SO YOU CAN USE FOR NEXT LOOPS FOR EXAMPLE JUST BETWEEN THE ASSEMBLY CODE... SUPERB FOR SCROLLING ROUTINES FOR EXAMPLE... I MADE MY HIRES SCROLLERS WITH FOR NEXT LOOPS AND THE SOURCE CODE WAS EVEN SMALLER THAN THE PRODUCED CODE... WHEN YOU PRESS SPACE OR SO THE ASSEMBLER MESSAGE WILL APPEAR. YOU MUST TYPE NEW AS THIS PROGRAM CHANGES SOME VECTORS AND THEN YOU MUST SAVE THE AREA FROM COOO TO DOOO AND YOU HAVE A VERSION OF THE ASSEMBLER READY... NOTE THAT IN THIS VERSION AN ADDITIONAL VERSION IS SUPPLIED FROM NOOO TO AOOO... THE FINAL CARTRIDGE DOES NOT WORK COMPLETELY WITH THAT VERSION. MOST IMPORTANT IS THAT MONITOR DOES NOT WORK WITH THIS VERSION. THE POWER CARTRIDGE DOES IT BETTER AND GIVES NO PROBLEMS AT ALL. DO NOT CHANGE THE STARTUP MESSAGE AND SPREAD THE ASSEMBLER CAUSE I WILL SHOOT YOUR FUCKING BRAINS OUT IF YOU DO. A VERY IMPORTANT NOTE TO THOSE WHO ARE GOING TO USE THIS PROGRAM IS THAT AN EXPRESSION DOES NOT ALWAYS FOLLOW THE PRIORITY RULES IF AN EXPRESSION WHICH IS HANDLED BY THE ASSEMBLER IS USED. BE CAREFUL ESPECIALLY WHEN USING THE MINUS SIGN IN AN EXPRESSION. USUALLY YOU WILL HAVE NO PROBLEMS HOWEVER IN U)ING THE EXPRESSION CALCULATING... LOOK OUT FOR THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THE ASSEMBLER IF YOU WANT TO KNOW ALL ABOUT THE CAPACITIES OF THIS PROGRAM WHICH I USED IN PROGRAMMING ALL OF MY DEMOS. DO NOT BE SCARED OF THE ONE LETTER COMMANDS AS THEY BECOME VERY QUICKLY KNOW TO YOU IF YOU USE THIS ASSEMBLER FREQUENTLY. IF YOU DO NOT TYPE NEW WHEN YOU PRESS SPACE NOW YOU CAN LOOK AT AN EXAMPLE PROGRAM. I AM QUITING THE TALK NOW SO TRY PRESSING SPACE AND GOOD LUCK WITH THIS DIAMOND AMONGST THE ASSEMBLERS...
