Rock1Packer is a programmers utiltity program that enables you to
combine seperate, yet related, data/ML routines into one Load & Run
program. It does a certain amount of compression. It is also a good way of
adding a SYS NUMBER to the beginning of your BASIC program while hiding the
rest of it. The result is a streamlined program that is easy to keep track
of on busy disks and crowded BBS lanes.
For example; you may have a BASIC program that first Loads in data for a
character-set, hi-res title-screen, and/or ml-routines. With
Rock1Packer, you can shorten your BASIC code by removing the uncessary
Loading code, then running Rock1Packer. |
