The answer to the riddle is:

"Hiro is big in Japan, anyplace, anywhere, anytime!"

The tribute starts of with the music from SEGA's arcade racing game from 1985 called Hang On. I refer to that sneakily in my scroll text when I say "Hang on, do you see what I did there?".

A melody lead from 1984's Big in Japan (Alphaville) is used in the beginning, hinting at what will follow (i.e. the third part of the tribute is a cover of Big in Japan).

The middle part is a cover of Nena's Irgendwie, Irgendwo, Irgenwann (1984), but inspired by the 2002 version of Nena and Kim Wilde.

Hang on was in C minor, so I converted Alphaville and Nena to C-minor. The chord transitions are virtually the same for all three songs (!).

It all comes together in my HIRO. And I love it when a plan comes together.

The song is a tribute to Hiro. Part of it is also a cover of one of his game tunes. The other parts of the song are all somehow connected, and the whole song is a riddle. The titles of the song can be used to construct a sentence. That sentence is the answer to the riddle. Also listen carefully to the chord transitions. Observe something? ;-)
