In the demo there are all the sprite animation frames of all the 1980s Wizard of Wor versions:
- The original arcade game (1981)
- The Commodore 64 port (1983)
- The Commodore MAX Machine port (1982), which Handic Software Ab released as "Wizard" in Sweden
- The Bally Astrocade port (1982), named as ’Incredible Wizard’
- The Atari 2600 port (1982)
- Atari 8-bit computers / Atari 5200 port (1983)
- And a German C64 WoW variant ’Wizard Plus’ (1988), which is rereleased as ’Dungeon Warriors’ in 1995.

I made a quite big research work at YouTube and other net sources to get all pixels to the right place in the animation frames. Only in the original arcade game’s Wizard and Worluk sprites there could be one or two errors in pixels due to poor source material. There are 201 different PETSCII screens in the demo.

Pushead did an amazing job again to make it all work. Big thank you!

The Commodore 64 port is the closest version of the original Arcade game. In the C64 version there are high resolution sprites, chilling sound effcts and Wizard’s speeches which you can hear with Magic Voice Speech Module extension cartridge.

I haven't played the original arcade game. But based on the videos, I would say that the gameplay and also the performance of the graphics in C64 version is even better than in the original.

And the Commodore MAX Machine port was the worst ever Wizard of Wor version!
