  cbmtools-0.8 (2019-11-01) tlr
    - added a disassember: cdis
    - chd, csiz and cdis now just skips over any missing files and
directories with a warning and returns with exit code 1 when done.
(this makes things like 'csiz *' behave in a more logical way)
    - cdif now returns exit code 2 on errors like missing file and so on
(this is consistent with how diff behaves)
    - cpch now defaults to stdin if no file name is specified
    - cpch allows '-' for the -p option to use stdin
    - cpch allows '-' as output file name even with the merge option '-m'
    - cpch reports I/O errors in a way consistent with the other tools now
    - [BUGFIX] win32/win64 stdin/stdout now properly handles binary data
      where applicable.
    - [BUGFIX] cdif with a slice length of 0 on the second file no longer
      runs forever
    - [BUGFIX] chd with zero length data correctly displays range starting
and ending at the start address of the file
