@Mr.Ammo:
The primary release is
MD5 (Coca Cola PETSCII - Logiker.prg) = 524f5f05c0f8b3e5582f9d59c7b222a1
which contains both icons. That's coz I think it's not ok to split them up in two releases. So I split them in order to fit to the others for viewing purpose only.

There are three download links right now. None of them are the same:

MD5 (Coca Cola PETSCII - Coca.prg) = 01bae922f368235b281897a0e114182e
MD5 (Coca Cola PETSCII - Cola.prg) = 6c35aa001478f35ef863a9d5dd3b6a73
MD5 (Coca Cola PETSCII - Logiker.prg) = 524f5f05c0f8b3e5582f9d59c7b222a1

Which one is the actual compo entry I should vote for?

Well, I would tend to say that one point is a rather hard voting. But opinions might vary.

So what is a downvote? It seems everything below 8 these days count as a evil "downvote" on any given release?

@TheTOM: As all downvotes are hidden, we even can't ask them. :-)

I'm surprised how many low votes this image got so far. Perhaps people don't understand the compo rules.

>This release appears to break all the rules. It appears to be 9x9 and uses 4 colours?

No. It is 7x7 and has 2 colors, as stated in the summary already.
If you included the frame then it was 9x9 and would have 3 colors.
If you would count the border it would have 4 colors.
But the frame and border are not part of the "icons".
Nobody said how the item shall be presented, so I selected to use borders so that it's easier to count.
I hope all ambiguities have been resolved.
