Command tool for converting .crt file into two bin files that are used to reprogram the two chips in a standard EasyFlash cartridge with an eprom programmer.
It simply sorts the banks into two files, if there's a bank missing in the .crt (like in the EasyFlash version of SWIV), it's filled with 0xFF - which is the difference from the earlier release.
Binary files can be padded to 512KiB using -p argument, if using the drag and drop feature you'll get them without padding.
Tested and working under Windows XP, source included.
