Yes, it`s totaly clear, that this is meant as a message about love in times of the virus. Nevertheless it would have been better, to change the sides in the picture from beginning on, to make clearer, which picture shows the hope and which the fear. It's upside down as it is now, that's all. But it's your pic, so no problem when it stays like this. But also no problem for me, to say that i would have changed the sides.

The title means this:

Nice pic. But should Maria not be on the left side and the skeleton on the right? Like it is now, when you read the name to it, a viewer could think, the skeleton is "hope" and Maria "fear". I would have either turned the sides in the picture or switched the name to "fear & hope". But, just my opinion. :)
