that's so cool about art, if I totally disagree with Smasher (which happens not very often), it must be good :D

To me face, clothes and background look kinda rushed/ a little messy. But I like the expression of the eyes most about this one, followed by the very cool hat.

you chose an hard subject for petscii, I guess it's not so easy to paint Freddy Krueger with all those burns and scars on the face.
I think you did well! my only criticisms: eyes are a little strange to me. also background needed some more love.
