Yep your right ian this was from the derbyram collection.
I knew it was from him for sure but could not put his credits as there was no sign of his handle displayed anywhere.
I am sure i have uploaded lots of his releases just like this to csdb.

I somehow had corrupted the file. unp64 reports XTC Packer v2.1 which places this release post-March '91.

this is most likely a introless trainer by Derbyshire Ram, the trainer text "LIVES CHEAT? [Y/N]" can be found on some other of his works,
for example Arnie + (xtc packer 2.1 also used, like in this one)

Suspiciously similar to Auto Mania + but investigation didnt really lead anywhere.

This seems to be very lightly packed but not in a way unp64 can detect.
