Groepaz: hehe, yes, this wasn´t so easy, indeed :)
A little "crack" of the ROM makes that possible.
I´ve change one RAM-value while running the ROM-Code (pass1):

1. open the CRT in vice
2. go to vice-monitor -> un f9eb for freezing
3. reset vice
4. back in monitor -> f 0400 0400 01
5. exit
6. after a few sec´s go to vice-monitor again -> f 0400 0400 01

The last (6.) was nesessary for "tuning" the "Error-Display" @$0400 just for the screenshot - cause the RAM is not really defective in vice ;)

btw: In the ROM code i did not take any commands that use the stack (i.e. JSR, PHA ....) to make sure that the ROM code is running even if the stack is defective. That's why the ROM-code looks a little weird ;)
But you can use that ROM also for C64-diagnostics if you don´t have any PowerOnScreen. The Test runs also fine without BASIC-ROM, Charset-ROM, Kernal-ROM, CIA1 and SID.
Good for narrowing down hardware-errors ....

Wow! How did you manage making a screenshot of it? 10/10!
