Someone noted this should be noted:
"With this updated SID-filter, a filter-bias of -3000 is recommended and should be used. In newer GTK3 VICE versions this value is preconfigured, when i remember right, but in WinVICE always +500 was set by default. This should be changed then to -3000."
I am noting that always the latest shit should be used and the dev-team buttkicked to improve - always as always :) |

This unofficial version has the following changes (improvements) to the official WinVICE V3.2:

** runs in 50,000Hz base-speed (which is 50FPS or 99,75%) instead of 50,125Hz
[this fixes a sound-crackling under 50Hz-fullscreen and improves scrolling in 50Hz-modes on non-freesync monitors]

[this gives support to demos, that use more than four SID's at the same time]
(made by "The Tuneful Eight" group)

** uses the newer SID-filter, that also runs in V3.4 VICE versions, last updated by the VICE-team in Mai 2020
[that fixes some problems, the older V3 SID-Filter had with some tunes, like for example with the SID "Klogge"]
