Kudos for the soft-sprites! They look fantastic! The mode itself seems to be a nifty combination of the 8x2 char-height mode combined with 4 pixel wide attributes. So an effective color-pixel is 4x2 real pixels on screen and the VDC is internally displaying a 640x200-resolution for a 160x100 color-pixel-resolution.

WOW, a new C128 demo! I do not know much about VDC, except that is very programmable. Taking into account that everything with it must be done through indirect access to its registers (based on what I have read, might not be true), access is relatively slow. So, kudos to you for making the animation so smooth, I have no idea how...

Works on Z64K also, but now I really need to finish building C128 VDC output adapter...
