"An epic journey of a song inspired by the visuals of Rail Slave's C64 Graphics submission, 'Aureole Is Lava'.
The narrative behind the graphics was also evocative & inspiring: individual beauty & uniqueness surviving despite oppressive forces all around. Changing shape continuously, the embryo of an old soul darts from place to place early on to avoid being put in a box. When pushed hard enough, the rebellious spirit grasps the nettle and pushes back, HARD. In the end, not even an endless sea of concrete can stop a vibrant flower from growing in the sidewalk.
