Thanks for testing. I suspect Hedning will get the same results for NTSC and Drean.

$2f in diff makes sense as it is $2d for PAL and NTSC/Drean has 65 cycles per rasterline whereas PAL has 63 :)

I don't know much about the old NTSC, is that still used by anyone?

did a quick check on my NTSC box (with 6567R8) - checkchar.prg works ok, for spritescan.prg the reported values are $5f,$8e (=$2f) - so all emulators get this wrong right now :)

Not verified on real hardware but tested using VICE x64 2.4, x128, x64sc 2.4 and 3.5 and Z64K.

I have talked to Hedning and he will test on real hardware when he gets all his stuff unboxed and that will trigger a new release with values for real REU on NTSC and Drean.
