On my C64 with 1701 it is not centered either, there are a couple blank lines at the top, very similar to what VICE shows with "normal" borders".

Someone really should come up with a proper test program to let ppl measure those things on their setups :)

It's intended to be watched on real hardware therefore I've added a proper screenshot as emulators get the screen position off centre most of the time.

Thanks for not messing with the original screenshot, it's part of the release.

Btw. this release is still off centre by 7 pixels to the right horizontally for emulator users but it should be in centre vertically.
