Change log:

* Fix a bug in case the "file not found" message is displayed. 2 bytes too many got popped from the stack and the exit only seemed to work by pure luck when plugin had been invoked with "SYS 4096". Now when the file is not found the stack pointer matches on exit and the problem does not occur. Thanks to Soci/Singular for reporting the issue!
* Use byte-by-byte compatibility fallback loader in case IDEDOS READ is not available. Now it also works with a floppy disk drive. Implementation was based on the fallback read/write examples listed in the IDE64 manual. Thanks to Soci/Singular for suggesting the enhancement!
