1. Manual is in the readme.txt.
2. If you wish to run this in VICE, you have to enable the Sound Expander cartridge in Cartridge/IO Settings, and select the 3812 chip. Thanks Joe ;) for reminding me to remind you.
3. The two digis will not play correctly in VICE, since the OPL emulation cannot handle the TEST register.
4. Reverse engineered Andrew Parton's DOS player, wrote a Windows player first, then wrote a converter and new music format to play the music on the C64.
5. Player plays at ~148hz, just like the original.
6. The idea for the Jazz Jukebox came from the game: see also the screenshot in the zip file. The games' fonts recreated for this purpose.
7. The original playlists from the game are in the Jukebox.
