It's still interesting that we spent a month on cracking a game of compiled basic. Really giving something like this our full attention.

I tried the Big soft one and it failed the job. The tool is not ready for release yet. And it also only parses to primitives - it doesn't go back to basic. Makes it readable enough to be patchable

Larry: ah yes, the infamous recompiler which hardly works, all I ever got is "felher" trying any petspeed programs. I suspect it only does austrospeed instead.
Many version exist and some are just austr/blitzed version with altered texts of the original

There is a Petspeed Decompiler from a guy called Mr. Bigsoft. But it fails on the Files I tested last year. Hopefully Bacchus did a proper Decompiler for Petspeed and releases it some day :)
