HISTORY (2.4 - > 2.6)

ADD VESSEL midi interface
ADD change MIDI IN led to "X" when midi in overflow
FIX change CC mappings. Was CC60->all flt chn on/off. Now CC60 -> flt chn1, CC61 -> flt chn2, CC62 -> flt chn3
FIX err with help for PERF screen
CHG optimize font and screen layouts (midi leds for example)
FIX handle commodore keys optimize
ADD predelay for volume adsr. now ADSR -> DADSR
CHG hardrestart delay was eliminated in preferences. use predelay instead
ADD arp global enable mode (key run/stop to switch)
ADD legated uni notes behaviour (repeat to previous note after last off)
CHG arp len/speed now in decimal (show ms)
ADD arp total seq length in seconds X.XX (decimal)
CHG elfo shows len in seconds X.XX (decimal)
FIX select right time for 1/100 irq handle (on NTSC machines)
FIX some decimal was wrong
ADD MIDI CC for predelay
CHG MIDI CC waveform (4 CTRL -> 1 CTRL)
CHG MIDI CC filter channels use (3 CTRL -> 1 CTRL)
ADD hi/lo limits of pw/cutoff by ELFO
ADD global repeat speed of crsr keys
ADD hi/lo limits of pitchbend
FIX some bad garbage with MIDI-MONITOR
ADD elfo depth 0..15 15 = FULL. have an influence on each elfo loop
ADD elfo speed 0..31 0 (16 times faster) ... 16 (original speed) ... 31 (4 times slower)
CHG old *.prg files are incompatible. sorry (new elfo controls change internal structure)
