aka El Diegofied 6581. NOTE: Possibility of ADSR bug... Polyanna things and its absence from HR ;)
Extend a 7-second jingle to a remix of almost 2 minutes: The song (1:57)
This time I did this cover which is a parody of El Diego, a demo song for NeoGeo composed by Delek and included in Deflemask 1.0.x, and the echo style of the Echofied 6581 demo from Maniacs of Noise. I did this crazy thing using the Polyanna tracker, a very interesting tracker because apart from allowing you to use the 3 normal SID channels, it emulates another 3 or 5 (depending on how you configure it). The PRG eats up pretty much the entire screen, so it's not ideal to use it alongside other things, and the SID was about 13KB in size. This goes for the El Diego cover collab, and I don't know where xd will be used, but I had fun doing it, plus special thanks to Mega Sparkmaster for the help he provided when doing the cover. Anyway, I won't be using Polyanna again for a while ... by the way, I joined the demoscene group Hokuto Force, a situation that raised my spirits on covers to impressive levels. |
