Chris had this almost finished when he lost a lot of the progress due to some weird bug in Grafx2. He still had a more up to date, but still quite unfinished version which he showed to a friend on discord, a screenshot of Grafx2.

This was about 4 hours before the deadline and he was seriously annoyed and wanted to give up and not submit it.
So I offered him to collab with him after lunch and we worked on it at the same time, taking care of different parts of the picture and I did the final error checking and fixing. Was a lot of fun and hopefully not the last collab between the two of us.

This is a new graphicsmode called HCB+ (HCB standing for Half Char Bitmap), which expands on HCB by HCL which first premiered in Edge of Disgrace. The difference here is that it is fullscreen 3+1 colours per 4x4 widepixel char, including the FLI bug.
