It's completely written in C using CC65. The main goal of the project was to deal with the color-tables.
The code contains a set of library functions which can be used in other contexts. However it's not highly optimized assembly code.
Dependent on the application this may or may not be a reason to make use of it.

To end all this static $d020 background demo competition.

Featuring:
- Fade using old/new VIC colors
- Fade using colors 0-7, only
- Fade from any color to any other color
- Random fade

Based on the Colfade Doc by Veto.
The colorcode were transcribed and put into a table from which they are read during fade.
Colfade Doc

The tables need some ram for all the possible fades.
Therefor this isn't 512 bytes compo entry.
