lame to upload unreleased half finished stuff on here. | User Comment Submitted by 4gentE on 7 November 2024
Actually I think it’s better that the finished one. It adds a whole new dimension. The wordplay. Not only AMOK, but also (I) AM OK. Art. | User Comment Submitted by hedning on 7 November 2024
Smasher's idea is actually the best. Or that I released this unfinished piece. Because, I somehow did? :D | User Comment Submitted by Smasher on 7 November 2024

We already have the finished logo on CSDb. I think that in this case the unfinished logo does not add any value.
Amok Logo | User Comment Submitted by hedning on 7 November 2024
Well. It's added here. It's a interesting preview of a very nice logo, that was spread around between swappers back then. Many previews of scene stuff that was spread around are. But delete it then. Ask the mods and then delete it. I haven't locked the entry.
My biggest fear is that other sceners don't want their unfinished, or claimed unfinished, stuff here, Could be old sins they did in 86 and feel ashamed of today etc.
The argument "It does not belong here" is pretty weak. | User Comment Submitted by chatGPZ on 7 November 2024
Another interesting question is: IF this should be here, then who should get the "released by" credit? (We already established its not Hein) | User Comment Submitted by Shine on 7 November 2024
I really cannot understand why this obviously unfinished logo should be available on CSDb. In my opinion, it makes no sense at all for anyone involved. Neither for the author nor for the others. | User Comment Submitted by Sander on 7 November 2024
@Hedning, Now I'll think twice before giving any of my disks to the transfer team ;)
Impressive logo for the time, and i agree with Hein.

Oh well, I still don't think it belongs here. | User Comment Submitted by hedning on 7 November 2024
Hein: But this disk was found amongst a Swedish swapper's disks that he got (I remember it being still in an envelope - stamps back and all, baby - and from Germany, not from OMG though), so OMG made sure to spread it, obviously. So here it is. | User Comment Submitted by chatGPZ on 10 February 2024 User Comment Submitted by Hein on 10 February 2024
I think I've sent it to OMG/Amok only. IMO it doesn't belong here, as such. | User Comment Submitted by chatGPZ on 10 February 2024
seems i wasn't accurate before, so:
Quote:spreaddisks filled with irrelevant data and private notes
This makes no sense at all. A "spreaddisk", by definition, is a disk that the spreader copies 1:1 and then sends to others. It does not, ever, contain "irrelevant data and private notes". If it does, it is not a spreaddisk. period. | User Comment Submitted by chatGPZ on 26 January 2024
"spreaddisks filled with irrelevant data and private notes"
I like how you contradict yourself. Waiting for the entries for those private notes - they were released afterall, according to your definition. | User Comment Submitted by hedning on 26 January 2024
/HD is of course Hein Design. Changed. | User Comment Submitted by Hein on 26 January 2024
This is why you should never share workstages. ;) Not released by Density, though. | User Comment Submitted by hedning on 26 January 2024
groepaz: this is not the place to debate your idea of uploading complete spreaddisks filled with irrelevant data and private notes. Hugs. | User Comment Submitted by chatGPZ on 26 January 2024
No way someone just copied it on a spread disk to send it to a group mate :)
srsly, how likely is it that someone "released" a half finished logo? Makes no sense at all. But what do i know :)
And of course someone was kind enough to remove the context from the disk, once again. | User Comment Submitted by hedning on 25 January 2024
Found on a spreaddisk, so yes. It was released. | User Comment Submitted by Raistlin on 25 January 2024
I guess it depends whether it was “released”? If not, maybe the file is better on the full release as an “extra files” thing? | User Comment Submitted by chatGPZ on 25 January 2024
I seriously wonder why such stuff gets an entry here - random things from workdisks? Good i deleted that from all the packs i transferred and uploaded. | User Comment Submitted by hedning on 8 April 2022
