This is not really from 1999, they just used a fake "looking cool" year like Flash (& Radwar by extension) used always 1941 or TMC used 1991
Look at the greetings:

greetings to: tca, abc, eca, tbc, section 8, crackman, dynamic-duo, headbanger, new generation, spg

these are all groups and sceners already disbanded/stopped activities in 1986 or at best in the 2nd half of the 80's.

I'm leaning towards this not being a group in the database. Thoughts?

Demolition Man isn't in the database at all and Mr Bad Guy doesn't appear to be the same as Mr. Badguy as he didn't appear to be active in 1999
