21 Second Backup v2.0R (modified) and v4.1R

-Now works with 1570/1571 (single-sided disks only). Drive types can be mixed.
-REU/GEORAM support. Any size. Reduces swapping. 512kB or more needed for reading in entire 40 track disk in one pass.
-Returns drive head to track 18 when done copy to prevent load issues when head >T35 after reset.
-Fixed up that strange 2nd drive renumbering. No more need to have both drives wired as #8 and they can both be powered on before starting the program. It still works the old way as well if you do have two #8's.

Changes to v4.1R only

-Fixed abnormal track handling logic. It can now handle empty and other non-standard tracks without locking up. As a result, the Super and Half-Track Nibblers are actually usable now.
-Replaces any $02 (end-of-track identifier) bytes from the track buffer to prevent premature EOT condition. These could occur due to empty track or other illegal GCR areas on the source.
-Added $d030 turbo mode to speed up track analyzing/processing.
