"Le Shagma" music by Vladimir Cosma and sing by the "Mini-Star" in French. I remember that the presenter who announced the cartoons said that it was one of the first computer-assisted cartoons. The drawings were colorized by the french company "Images-Ordinateur" in Angoulème.

Othewise is a good cover of "Le Shagma" nice work Manganoid.

What a surprise! This is may all time favorite sci-fi cartoon (beside Animatrix), have some parts on DVD too.
This production has excellent fantasy in it and character designs are out of this world.
Nice catch on the main theme, the Vladimir Cosma feel comes through. And that harmonica sound whas a WTF moment, you captured the timbre and expressions very precisely. Touches the heart.

Nice cover! Always liked the theme tune to this cartoon.
I remember watching it straight along with "Mysterious Cities of Gold" and "Ulysses 31"!
