Ogre Enhanced IDE64 Fix

Cracking, Loader, and misc. patches by Grue

Fixed original track loader for IDE64 block read and moved data into ogre.bin file for utilizing the IDE64 load speed to the max. I needed to slow down the loading so that you could see the Ogre loading info and bitmap.

TNT optimized the in-game bitmap scrolling routines, making it 30% faster than the original. This makes the gameplay much more convenient.

Trurl tested this with real hardware. Again without his support, this wouldn't be as smooth experience as it is.

RetroDebugger
Vice (it keeps on crashing randomly with ide64 setup)
