Fresh, and so smooth! One of my favourites in the compo.

(Some parts don't fit at all and should have been left out, though.)

Watched the demo again today and i love it, not onl do the colors blend and mix well, if observed closer one will notice how much tedious work must have went into this, making use of open borders most of the time to allow for dithering there too. This get's easily lost with the impression that it is "just" rasterbars. Also nice to see another cool ghostbyte-scroller there, it is even stretching! :-)

My other favourite from the compo. Lovely idea well represented across the different screens.

Those mix colors really make it. However, the best looking parts were shown too short and the lesser parts were shown too long.

Everybody: more mix colors, please !

Twitch wrecked this one a bit during the stream unfortunately… but, wow, seeing on real hardware.. works a treat. I hope those reviewing below are using real hardware (and CRT) as it’s not the same on fancy LCD’s ;-)

We need more of this.

Been watching Hues some more, and liking it more ^_^
The .sid is really quite something.

Voting 10 seems too high. Voting 9 seems too low.

Oh, this is so nice! These colour-mixing elements look great to my eyes. Your teenage selves would have been very proud to see this for sure. :D

Aahh very nice!! I love those sprite-scrollers that over-smoothly change colors. Many great effects on the same theme, but there are endless of beautiful things you can do when you treat our beloved 16 colors like this!!

Great demo - best one from Fairlight in a long time. Sane size, fresh colorful mixcolor effects paired with a quality soundtrack. The only thing really missing is some more graphics to weight up the rest - kudos guys!

Some of the 'Hues' FX looked really interesting.
I felt many of the logo's fell short of fitting with the theme of 'Hues'.
