I'm not a musician but normally I'm not tone-deaf, and - having compared with iAN's linked reference - the "extra notes" sound rather half-tone off-key to me, that (plus the beginner state of his other so far dug out tunes) is why I bet 5 quadlos on him not being NO-XS but just having fooled around remixing - but betting ain't knowing - Netherlands fits, so who knows... :)

It's not exactly the same as No-XS' Animo (tune 3) but it's very similar. Is Phase an old handle of No-XS? What's the story here? =)
In any case, we have a new Phase tune here.
