2.38 - 2023.09.04-2023.09.20

- added support for SHX $ffff,X illegal op used by BitPickler. Only works for
that use case and will surely fail for not page aligned addresses.
- Fixed possible bug in the argument parsing for "-u" and "-l". Thanks to
Martin Thierer for pointing it and providing the patch.
- changed the array used to init ZeroPage at start. The previous one was too
dirty and broke some depackers like Flash Protector 3.3, now working again.

Scanners added:
- BitPickler 1.0: Very strange, end part of the code is crunched so it's not
accessible, I had to add a workaround to analyze it in main().
Working with the only 2 intros found so far "Onscreen 5k" & "X-Tiles", which
require an additional workaround to be unpacked, and a couple of tests I made
The packer itself is unstable, most tests I did won't unpack anyway, it's
  only working on short programs.
- Dali 0.3.3: (github build 2023.09.05)
Now supports also sysless relocated sfx. Smaller than v0.3.2. So far found
only used in demo Next Level/Performers. Maybe nobody knows this version yet.
- ALZ64 altered by Quiss in "Boo!" intro. Not completely working, start
address isn't correct, should be $2000. Unpack with -a for now.
- Power C Compiler (detection only)

Scanners revised:
- Exomizer 3.02+: Changed again the workaround for G*P custom pre-decompression
stub to allow unpacking more variants. Made on purpose? Why swap the LDA/LDY?
- CCS Bittos V1.0: renamed from CCS Cruncher v2.x, proper name found.
Better handling of the return address.
- CCS Bittos V4.0: renamed from CCS Cruncher v1.x, proper name found.
- CCS Executer Packer: renamed from CCS Packer, it's actually generated from
CCS Executer, which has 4 different payloads, but I have not found how they
  are being selected.
- ALZ64: workaround to allow unpacking Phuture/Arise.
- PUCrunch: Relaxed check to allow unpacking more hacks.
