It seems the decruncher expects $00a9 to be zero. I remember seeing this problem before, but I don't know what cruncher this is.

The program can be run by disabling the cartridge or typing:

poke169,0:run

Seems to be a cartridge issue. Works fine on my C64, but not when Retro Replay is enabled.
