Summary
Submitted by Knight Rider on 9 January 2024
2.39 - 2023.10.06 - 2024.01.08

- Fixed one out of bounds that happened only in one occasion, trying to unpack
a wrong code which resulted in start of mem = 0; if start of mem gets less
than $0002, I was writing at mem-1 and -2, to patch in the loading address.
Knowing that I use $0000 as a forced RTS and $0001 is usually not code, a
temp workaround is to force always start of mem to $0002 if lower.
I blame my lazy coding. I should rework it later.

Scanners added:
- StarExpert / Fast Freeze: found in Expert 4.1 / 5.x tool disks by Cat & Korsh.
- Topaz Maimer (v1.x and v2.3 variants) by Scapegoat. Found in Topaz demos.
- Unknown $fd Packer, found 3 times in The Spirit Preview/ONS

Scanners revised:
- BitPickler 1.0: added more workarounds to allow unpacking other test programs,
tested normal, --tiny, --novis, and combinations.
I'm not even sure if what I'm doing is correct but "works for me".
- Exomizer 3.02+: Nth workaround for G*P custom pre-decompression stub to allow
  unpacking more variants.
- TimeCruncher v3.1+ renamed from TimeCruncher 3.1, it's actually a "final"
version of v3.1, as said in Galleon hack called "Special Time-Cruncher V3.1"
- TimeCruncher v3.1 (aka Matcham SpeedPacker, they're really almost the same)
renamed from TimeCruncher 3.x/2072 and added check to distinguish SpeedPacker
which is also detecting Henk/HTL and RWE variants, now redundant and removed.
- Time Cruncher v3.x / TDF: added workaround for better detection of return
  address in some altered variants.
